Our Story

A story of rebirth and rejuvenation. 

Our founder Jennifer birthed the company after suffering from multiple chronic illness' for over 10 years. From trialling medications like methotrexate and NSADs for over 8 years, numerous hospital visits and constantly drained energy levels. Jennifer looked into living a holistic lifestyle and removing herself from toxic relationships. 

Focussing her life around meditation, yoga, cacao, crystal healing and diet changes. 

Jennifer founded Inspired Soul Wellbeing to help other women connect to their divine feminine, to help them drop into a safe space to allow them to heal themselves. Jennifer has a passion for crystal healing and restorative energy work. Helping other kind souls to heal from trauma stored in the body with holistic practices. 

We also offer holistic massage and facial experiences for women to relax, find peace & understanding within, and reconnect & honour their divine feminine.
